Locklin Hall, the largest classroom building at Springfield College, has been updated for energy efficiency with new windows, a white roof, and masonry restoration on its 3-story, 1914 exterior. A stairwell addition and lobby improvements on each of the floors complete this summer’s work. It’s been great working with Jablonski/DeVriese Architects once again.

Students at Framingham State University will return to an expanded, sun-filled dining commons. Kitchen upgrades will support a greater variety of food offerings this year. Thanks to Symmes Maini & McKee Associates for being such a great partner on this project.

Our 7th summer at Westfield State University is coming to a successful close – this time with improvements to campus apartments that included new windows and a roof. Prellwitz Chilinski Associates has continued to be the talented, proven teammate that we have come to rely on at WSU.

Fenn School’s new Library and Science Center will enhance the learning experience for students when they return to campus. For the second time, Imai Keller Moor Architects have helped us to achieve our client’s goals.
